Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive sales, increase brand visibility, and attract customers to the company’s F&B outlets. This role focuses on developing promotional strategies throughout the year, coordinating with mall management and partners, and supporting outlet-level marketing activities.
In addition, the role will provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to Management when required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales across outlets.
Develop promotional strategies for key seasonal occasions (e.g. Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas).
Conceptualize promotions such as bundle deals, festive menus, limited-time offers, and loyalty initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Mall & Partnership Marketing
Liaise with mall management teams to participate in mall-wide promotions, campaigns, and marketing events.
Coordinate marketing collaborations with shopping malls to increase outlet visibility and footfall.
Explore cross-promotional opportunities with nearby brands and partners.
Outlet Marketing Support
Work closely with Operations and Outlet Managers to support outlet-level marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials (posters, standees, digital assets).
Ensure promotional materials and campaigns are implemented correctly across all outlets.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with designer team to develop marketing visuals and content.
Support online campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional announcements.
Campaign Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
Track campaign performance and analyse sales impact.
Prepare marketing reports and insights for management review.
Administrative & Personal Assistant Support
Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to Management when required.
Support preparation of presentation materials, reports, and documents for meetings or business discussions.
Assist with follow-ups on tasks, projects, and communications on behalf of Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of marketing experience; experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong understanding of promotional campaigns and consumer marketing.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
