We are an industry leader in cybersecurity with over two decades of experience, we deliver a holistic suite of trusted cybersecurity solutions to empower cyber resilience for government and ministries, critical infrastructure, and commercial enterprises. Backed by our indigenous capabilities and deep domain expertise, we offer robust cyber-secure products and services in cryptography, cybersecurity engineering, digital authentication, SCADA protection, audit and compliance. We specialise in the design and build of security operations centres for cybersecurity professionals and provide managed security services to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of our government and enterprise customers.

Core Responsibilities

1. Visual Storytelling & Multi-Channel Design

• Creative Assets: Design high-quality marketing collateral, including digital brochures, whitepapers, and infographics that simplify complex cybersecurity concepts.
• Social Media: Create "scroll-stopping" visual content and copy for LinkedIn and other professional platforms to elevate brand positioning.
• Event Support: Develop large-scale environmental graphics and digital booth assets for major industry exhibitions and high-level corporate visits.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align with the global ST Engineering brand guidelines while pushing the envelope for creative excellence.

2. Content Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Copywriting: Draft sharp, punchy content for social media posts, emailers, and newsletters.
• Web & Digital: Assist in updating web content that optimise user experience and lead generation.
• Multimedia: Produce and edit short-form videos or animations to showcase product USPs and "Cyber Wargaming" scenarios.

3. Events and Engagement Execution

• Exhibition & Booth Management: Work with external creative and fabrication agencies to manage large-scale booth builds. Review complex exhibition technical guidelines to ensure structural compliance, high-quality production, and on-time project delivery.
• Corporate Visit Operations: Provide comprehensive operational support for high-profile corporate visits, managing backend logistics during setup and driving seamless execution during the live executive engagement.
• Project Coordination: Support the wider marketing team in executing integrated campaigns and managing administrative requirements for major projects.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Design Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma, Canva or video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is a significant plus.
• Industry Interest: A genuine curiosity for the cybersecurity landscape
• Dynamic Mindset: A "team-first" attitude with the ability to remain calm and proactive under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present creative concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.
