Dezign Format is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the Group.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that will support business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and drive lead generation. Your primary focus will be on the creation and management of B2B marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, tone and visual identity across all the platforms and touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, execution and performance analysis of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and manage B2B marketing collaterals, including presentation decks, proposals, and corporate materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, sales, project teams) to ensure alignment in messaging, visuals, and project narratives
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, EDMs, social media management, content creation, and copywriting for all digital and print platforms
Coordinate with external vendors and partners where required (e.g., videographers)
Maintain and organise marketing assets, ensuring proper documentation across different tasks
Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed
Undertake ad hoc or cross-departmental initiatives when required
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship experience is an advantage
Prior experience in the design, construction, events and exhibitions industry is a plus
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated individual with a growth mindset
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Capable of prioritising and managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of work
Keen eye for aesthetics and design, with the ability to guide and refine the visual direction of marketing collaterals and other brand materials (e.g., presentation decks)
Adaptable, resilient, and receptive to feedback
Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of tasks, including cross-functional responsibilities as required
Salary will be commensurate with experience
Technical Skills
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop and Lightroom (familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is an advantage)
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong interest in copywriting, capable of producing professional, engaging, and brand-aligned content
Basic foundational knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, SEO, SEM and Google Ads is a plus
