As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to support digital engagement, outreach visibility, and campaign execution for our Employability programmes.
Role Overview
This role focuses on content execution, digital channel management, and outreach support, helping to strengthen engagement with jobseekers, partners, and the wider ecosystem.
You will play a key role in ensuring our programmes are effectively communicated through creative content, digital platforms, and on-ground outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Design Support
Design and prepare marketing materials for outreach events, workshops, and campaigns
Develop digital creatives for Telegram, social media, WhatsApp, and presentations
Ensure visual consistency across all programme communications
2. Digital Content & Channel Management
Manage and maintain Telegram channel updates
Prepare and schedule social media posts for programme visibility and campaigns
Draft simple captions, announcements, and engagement content
Coordinate posting schedules based on upcoming activities
3. Event & Activity Recording
Capture outreach activities, workshops, and engagement sessions (photo/video)
Organise content for reporting, publicity, and future use
Develop simple post-event highlights and recap content
4. Outreach & Campaign Execution
Support publicity for community outreach and engagement initiatives
Prepare communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Assist in campaign execution under guidance
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with Employability and CMP teams to gather content and updates
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing activities
Maintain a simple content calendar for recurring communications
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Familiarity with Canva or equivalent design tools
Experience managing Telegram and/or social media platforms
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic photo and video recording capability
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in outreach, community engagement, or programme marketing
Exposure to content planning and campaign execution
Basic video editing skills (e.g. Adobe After Effects or similar tools)
