Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile, creative, and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This is a hybrid role suited for a “T-shaped” marketer, someone equally comfortable managing e-commerce platforms, creating high-impact visual assets, and coordinating on-site event logistics.
You will work hand in hand with our existing marketing team, collaborating closely across functions to bridge technical web management with creative brand storytelling. Your role will be key in driving online growth while delivering seamless physical and virtual events that strengthen our market presence in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Web & E-commerce Management
Website Maintenance: Manage and update CMS-based websites to ensure content remains accurate, SEO-optimised, and user-friendly, in alignment with team-led campaign plans.
E-commerce Operations: Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, including product listings, inventory synchronisation, promotional setups, and checkout optimisation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, and share insights with the marketing team to support collective decision-making.
2. Creative Design & Content Production
Visual Asset Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design professional marketing materials such as social media graphics, EDM layouts, website banners, and event collaterals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital and offline materials align with established brand guidelines across all team initiatives.
Ad Creatives: Work closely with performance marketers to develop high-performing visual assets for paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
3. Event Planning & Execution
End-to-End Event Coordination: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute corporate events, product launches, workshops, and webinars.
Marketing Integration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders on pre-event promotions and post-event lead generation efforts.
On-site Management: Act as the main point of contact on event days, supporting vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the Singapore market.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and at least one additional language relevant to the role, required to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and to support accurate localisation of marketing content.
Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Wix, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
Team Player Mindset: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting shared goals and contributing positively to team dynamics.
Soft Skills: Strong project management capabilities, a proactive and adaptable attitude in fast-paced environments, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
