Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads

  • Manage and update company websites, troubleshoot issues to ensure content accuracy, smooth functionality, and good user experience

  • Create, edit, and optimize engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and videos

  • Lead or support website development and revamp projects

  • Improve and maintain SEO performance to increase website traffic and search rankings

  • Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign ROI, and other key metrics

  • Experiment with new ideas, tools, and trends to improve digital marketing effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the team to support student recruitment and brand growth

 

General Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to support student recruitment

  • Design and produce marketing collaterals (flyers, banners, posters) in line with brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with partners, agencies, and vendors on marketing campaigns

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness

  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations

 

Performance Expectations:

  • Increase website traffic and improve search rankings through SEO and content strategies

  • Generate measurable leads or enquiries from both digital and offline campaigns

  • Maintain high engagement rates on social media and email campaigns

  • Ensure marketing materials and websites are accurate, functional, and up-to-date, functional, and user-friendly

  • Provide monthly insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and campaigns

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (experience in education or training sector is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools

  • Hands-on experience with website management.

  • Creative, independent, confident, and proactive

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

  • Enthusiastic about trying new digital strategies and learning quickly

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required in order to communicate effectively with key clients and stakeholders, as well as to create marketing content tailored for Chinese-speaking markets.
