Job Description:

1. Content & Social Media

• Assist in executing and overseeing marketing initiatives across Company’s website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), Google Ads, Mailchimp, and other relevant channels.

• Schedule, post, and manage social media activities, including community engagement and brand communications.

• Develop marketing collaterals, including copywriting, design, and layout, to support campaigns and promotions.

• Explore and apply AI-powered tools (e.g. content ideation, optimisation, performance insights) to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.

2. Digital Advertising & Marketing Campaigns

• Assist in executing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and other platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, KOLs, and media partners to deliver integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing touchpoints.

• Support campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and A/B testing where applicable.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor, track, and analyse campaign performance across channels using analytics tools.

• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.

• Analyse market trends and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for future campaigns and collaborations.

4. Administrative & Website / E-commerce Support

• Assist in managing and updating Company websites and e-commerce platforms to improve user experience, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Provide general operational and administrative support for the marketing team, including coordination and campaign assistance as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing/ digital marketing and content creation, preferably in retail, home appliances, or consumer electronics.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada.

• Experience with campaign management, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp), and performance tracking/reporting.

• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

• Creative with strong copywriting skills, and ability to generate engaging content for various audiences.

• Proactive, independent, and coachable, with a passion for producing quality marketing outputs.

• Knowledge of CMS platforms, basic HTML/JavaScript, or SharePoint is a plus.

• Proficiency in design and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing is highly advantageous.
