Job Title: Marketing Executive (Digital & Performance Marketing)


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Execution

  • Execute and manage campaigns across:

    • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

    • LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions)

  • Support A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting

2. Search Marketing (SEO & SEM)

  • Support keyword research and basic SEO optimisation

  • Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and blog articles

  • Support paid search campaign execution and optimisation

3. Content & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating and updating:

    • Social media content

    • Email campaigns (EDMs)

    • Landing pages

  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with programme messaging

4. Lead Generation & Coordination

  • Support lead generation campaigns and track performance

  • Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up

  • Assist in improving campaign effectiveness based on feedback

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using tools such as:

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Search Console

  • Prepare basic performance reports and highlight key insights

6. Market Awareness (Optional)

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and changes in search behaviour

  • Maintain general awareness of emerging areas such as AI-driven search (e.g., ChatGPT), though not required for execution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Cost per lead (CPL)

  • Lead volume

  • Campaign performance (CTR, conversions)

  • Timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution

  • Basic SEO improvements (traffic, keyword ranking)

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Strong execution and time management skills
