Job Title: Marketing Executive (Digital & Performance Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Execution
Execute and manage campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversions)
Support A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
2. Search Marketing (SEO & SEM)
Support keyword research and basic SEO optimisation
Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and blog articles
Support paid search campaign execution and optimisation
3. Content & Marketing Support
Assist in creating and updating:
Social media content
Email campaigns (EDMs)
Landing pages
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with programme messaging
4. Lead Generation & Coordination
Support lead generation campaigns and track performance
Work with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up
Assist in improving campaign effectiveness based on feedback
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools such as:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Prepare basic performance reports and highlight key insights
6. Market Awareness (Optional)
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and changes in search behaviour
Maintain general awareness of emerging areas such as AI-driven search (e.g., ChatGPT), though not required for execution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead volume
Campaign performance (CTR, conversions)
Timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
Basic SEO improvements (traffic, keyword ranking)
Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with digital ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong execution and time management skills
