Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital content, including producing at least one marketing video per month and developing static content for social media and digital platforms.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and customer loyalty campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of marketing technologies (MarTech) to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing automation programs, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM and marketing data such as customer engagement, campaign performance, retention, and sales-related metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and inquiries across digital and social platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Provide support for marketing events, promotions, and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business

• Video editing skills

• Entry level welcome
