Job Description:
- Manage and maintain the organisation’s digital platforms, including social media channels
- Develop and implement content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including copy, images, and videos
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, lead generation), and recommend improvements
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
- Support membership drives, promotional offers, and product or menu launches
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign roll-out across outlets or locations
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports on effectiveness and return on investment
- Develop marketing materials, including digital content and print collaterals (e.g. posters, menus, promotional materials)
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors where required
- Support collaborations with influencers, partners, and corporate clients
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities
- Provide on-site support during events, launches, and campaigns
- Contribute to community engagement initiatives to enhance brand presence
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through marketing activities
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support conversion and revenue targets
- Assist in the execution of in-store or on-site promotions and initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
- Gather and evaluate customer insights to support marketing strategies
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Any other duties as directed
Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (candidates from F&B, retail, fitness, or lifestyle industries preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness sectors is advantageous
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic design and content creation skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Analytical and results-driven, with a good understanding of marketing metrics
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel between outlets or locations where necessary
