Job Description

• Manage and update official social media platforms and websites.

• Write engaging copy for social media, websites, and articles.

• Brainstorm and develop promotional strategies to strengthen brand image and awareness.

• Prepare press releases and marketing announcements.

• Coordinate community outreach efforts, including collaboration with KOLs and community leaders.

• Manage digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms.

• Develop and adapt marketing plans to align with each product launch.

• Analyze campaign performance through social media metrics, surveys, and ad data to optimize results.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.

• Eagerness to learn about trading card games (TCG) and related products to enhance promotional efforts.

• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and time management abilities.

• A proactive, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Open to working on occasional weekends or public holidays for company events.

• Willing to travel for business trips when required.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with games, anime, or internet culture is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts.
