Marketing Executive (E-commerce Management)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive (E-Commerce Management) to join our team! This role offers you the opportunity to manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, drive online sales performance, and play a key role in enhancing our digital presence. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, platform operations, and data-driven decision-making while contributing to the growth of our online business.

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across e-commerce and paid media channels




• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other social media advertising channels




• Explore and implement tools to improve website performance and customer experience, such as SEO tools, web push notifications, personalization tools, and other conversion optimization solutions




• Work with internal and external teams to enhance website functionality and user journey




• Manage and analyse performance using Google Analytics to track traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics




• Support SEM and paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms




• Generate regular performance reports and provide insights for optimization




• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus and may be used to support minor website updates or troubleshooting
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field




• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance marketing preferred




• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment




• Basic technical or coding knowledge is an advantage
