Marketing Executive - Enrichment Centre

As a Marketing Executive - Enrichment Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive enrolment growth, build brand awareness, and align with business goals.

• Manage the brand's presence across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.

• Oversee social media and digital advertising (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and engage parents and students.

• Create and produce multimedia content—including videos, posts, newsletters, and website updates—for campaigns and community engagement.

• Collaborate with staff and organise events such as school talks, workshops, and testimonials to build trust and showcase impact.

• Handle CRM, enquiries, and referrals to support registration campaigns and strengthen relationships within the community.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education sector with a track record of driving leads and enrolments.

• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including campaign management, lead generation, and data analytics.

• Skilled in content production, including storyboarding, filming, and video editing.
