Job Description: Marketing Executive

Job summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the marketing campaigns, assisting in copywriting for all marketing collaterals on several marketing projects as well.

Key Responsibilities:

● create engaging content in line with the campaign for various communication channels, not limited to social media, email, website, and print materials

● review the performance of marketing campaigns, and make actionable suggestions for future campaign

● assist in copywriting for all marketing collateral and review artworks before finalization

● reach out and manage partnership with external brands that support and enhance our marketing efforts

● keep updated in writing, customer and bed linen trends to ensure market campaign ideas stay relevant and relatable to our audience

● work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

● examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

● collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with multiple teams or clients for promotional mechanics and publicity plans

● translate strategic direction into actionable plans within an established brand identity

● leading additional marketing campaigns concurrently

● taking ownership of paid ads management across social media platforms

● managing end-to-end video content production - including scripting, filming, and editing

● providing marketing support for atrium activations and events

● maintaining the CRM system, with analysis of customer behaviour and proposing actionable CRM strategies

● maintaining and updating content on the website on a month to month basis

● handling vendor management for requisition and production of marketing collaterals

● managing and optimizing SEO and SEM efforts for digital visibility

● developing monthly marketing decks to align and brief the retail and sales teams on campaigns

● conducting competitive research, analysis and recommending marketing angles and strategies based on market shifts

● scheduling and posting of digital content across Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok

● planning and coordination of in-store workshops and events to drive traffic and engagement

● ad hoc duties assigned
