Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing communications across both online and offline channels to meet brand and business objectives.
Assist in organising and delivering client engagement initiatives, including in-store events, brand activations, and partner-led promotions to drive boutique traffic and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams, brand principals, and external partners to develop engaging marketing programmes and collaborations.
Contribute to digital and CRM campaigns, including content coordination, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Support media-related activities such as advertising placements, publicity coordination, and basic media planning support.
Oversee boutique window displays and ensure timely execution in line with brand guidelines and campaign themes.
Manage marketing-related administrative matters, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and general coordination support.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and brand standards while continuously seeking ways to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in Events Marketing and Coordination.
Candidates who possess experience in Digital Marketing, Designing or Videoing will have an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic to good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM or online campaign execution.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
