Marketing Executive

Description
In this role, you will be at the heart of our project lifecycles, from initial branding and digital outreach to thefast-paced environment of sales gallery launches. You will collaborate with top-tier agencies and internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness and accelerate sales velocity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Advertising
- Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for diverse property portfolios.
- Synchronize advertising efforts across high-impact channels, including digital, social media, print, and premium outdoor media.
- Act as the primary liaison for appointed advertising agencies, media partners, and specialized vendors to ensure creative excellence.
2. Premium Collateral Management
- Oversee the development and production of sophisticated marketing assets, including brochures, floor plans, digital fact sheets, and executive presentation materials.
- Rigorously ensure all materials adhere to company branding guidelines and strictly comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Sales & Project Launch Support
- Drive the operational success of property previews, grand launches, and promotional events at sales galleries and show flats.
- Foster seamless coordination between the management and the respective external marketing agencies.
- Curate high-impact sales kits and promotional assets to empower marketing agencies.
4. Digital Ecosystem & Social Performance
- Manage the evolution of project websites and lead the brand's voice across social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and engagement.
- Strategically coordinate online listings and presence across major property portals.
5. Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Execute deep-dive market research into competitor landscapes, emerging pricing trends, and broader industry developments.
- Transform data into actionable reports and insights to refine and future-proof marketing strategies.
6. Operational Excellence
- Collaborate across internal departments and with external consultants to ensure flawless execution of marketing roadmaps.
- Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing marketing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining meticulous campaign documentation.
Requirements
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or Communications.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, specifically within property development or the real estate industry.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Soft Skills:
A strategic thinker who is adaptable, creative, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience in new property launches and social media advertising is highly preferred.
