About the Role
We’re seeking a highly driven and creative Marketing Executive with strong experience in e-commerce marketing and campaign management. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing initiatives that drive sales, engagement, and brand growth.
This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creative execution, and an understanding of e-commerce performance metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with videographers, designers, and management to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive online sales and improve conversion rates.
- Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and campaign results to guide decisions.
- Coordinate with design and videography teams to create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and product visuals.
- Manage ad budgets and performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads to achieve ROAS and sales targets.
- Ensure alignment between marketing content, pricing, and product availability.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead campaign ideation, content planning, and rollout for seasonal and brand campaigns.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable campaign briefs for the creative team.
- Manage cross-platform consistency in visuals, copy, and messaging.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make adjustments based on analytics.
3. Social Media & Brand Growth
- Oversee the planning and posting of social content that supports brand awareness and e-commerce conversion.
- Identify and ride on social trends, especially within TikTok and short-form video platforms.
- Support influencer or KOL collaborations to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain strong brand storytelling that connects emotionally while driving measurable growth.
4. Data & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs such as traffic, CTR, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate campaigns based on data trends and audience insights.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on marketing experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or TikTok Shop).
- Solid understanding of digital ads management (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Databox, etc.).
- Strong coordination skills — able to work cross-functionally with creative and operations teams.
- Proactive, analytical, and highly organised.
Bonus Points
- Experience in CRM/retargeting campaigns or influencer marketing.
- Ability to plan and execute product launch campaigns independently.
- Basic design or video knowledge for ad creative briefing.
