Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing content, visuals, and ad-hoc materials.

• Manage and publish content across social media platforms.

• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, improvements and reporting.

• Monitor and engage with customers on social media.

• Support CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and database management.

• Plan and assist in events/campaigns (wine tastings, dinners, trade shows, festivals).

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external agencies on marketing needs.

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, product listings, and online orders.

• Prepare e-commerce performance reports and provide customer service support.

• Maintain organized digital files, resources, and marketing materials for smooth operations.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree holder

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
