Primary Responsibility
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing activities across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is fast-paced, execution-heavy, and requires strong coordination skills across agencies, HQ, retail partners, and internal teams. This position is suited for someone who thrives in a high-speed environment, enjoys on-ground execution, and is comfortable juggling multiple workstreams at once.
Areas of Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Support seasonal campaigns aligned with sell-in and sell-through timelines
Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and rollouts with HQ and local partners
Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines
Execute brand activations, pop-ups, and product launches
Support event planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Manage post-event reporting and performance summaries
Social Media and Influencer Marketing
Support social media content planning and execution
Manage influencer seeding, tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Media and Agency Management
Support media buy execution and reporting
Liaise with creative, media, public relations, and influencer agencies
Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Reporting and Administration
Prepare campaign reports, decks, and weekly updates
Handle marketing admin tasks including invoices, POs, trackers, and approvals
Maintain organised records of campaigns, assets, and contracts
