We are looking for a passionate brand marketer with strong digital capabilities and a keen interest in AI-powered tools and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned brands and products, ensuring consistent brand positioning and execution across all channels.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and business growth.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM and paid media campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and content calendars to maintain a strong and engaging brand presence.
Create and oversee marketing content across online and offline channels, working closely with designers, agencies and content creators.
Leverage AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation and marketing efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Manage influencer and KOL collaborations, partnerships and campaign performance tracking.
Plan and execute events, roadshows, activations and other brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance analysis and provide recommendations to improve ROI and marketing impact.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and business partners to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, market developments and key business insights.
Keep up to date on latest marketing trends, digital platforms and industry best practices.
Support ad-hoc marketing projects and other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant studies
Fresh graduates / minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience for B2C
Hands-on knowledge of Social Media, WordPress, Google Ads, AI tools will be preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, flexible with an eye for details
