Marketing Executive | Up till $4000 basic + Variable Bonus

  • Working days: 5 Days work week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Working location: 11 Yishun Industrial Street


Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Brand Communications

●      Support the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies aligned with corporate and product brand positioning.

●      Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

●      Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to translate strategies into campaign execution.

 

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

●      Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across retail, digital platforms and b2b channels.

●      Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.

●      Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns.

3. Content Creation & Management

●      Develop and manage content for social media, website and campaign pages.

●      Maintain and execute monthly content calendar.

●      Craft copy and messaging aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.

4. Events & Activation

●      Plan and execute events such as roadshows, exhibitions and community and healthcare activations.

●      Coordinate logistics including venue, materials and on-site setup.

●      Ensure smooth on-site execution and stakeholder coordination. 

5. Creative & Design Execution (20%)

●      Develop and produce marketing collaterals for retail POSM, B2B materials and Packaging design.

●      Prepare final artwork files for print and production.

●      Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely production.

●      Support coordination of installations (e.g. retail displays, banners, vehicle wraps).

●      Execute product photography and videography for marketing use.

●      Edit images and videos for use across campaigns and digital platforms.

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

●      Monitor and analyse campaign and event performance.

●      Track engagement metrics and provide post-campaign/ event reports.

●      Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns and activations.

Requirement

●      2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or design (experience in healthcare industry is an advantage).

●      Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.
