Marketing Executive (Social Media Lead) – Legendairy Milk Singapore
About Us
Legendairy Milk Singapore is a fast-growing maternal wellness brand focused on supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. We are building a strong, community-driven brand that empowers women with trusted products and real support.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-driven Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our social media presence in Singapore.
This role is not just about posting — you will be responsible for growing our audience, increasing engagement, and converting content into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
- Post consistently with strong brand voice and storytelling
Content Creation
- Create high-performing content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts)
- Shoot and edit videos (basic editing required)
- Repurpose UGC (user-generated content) and customer testimonials
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to the brand
Growth & Engagement
- Grow followers organically with strong content strategy
- Actively engage with community (comments, DMs, reposts)
- Build a “Legendairy Milk Moms” community feel
Influencer & KOL Marketing
- Work with Community manager on KOL outreach
Performance & Sales
- Track content performance (views, engagement, conversions)
- Optimize content based on what works
- Work closely with team on campaigns, launches, and promos
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in social media / content / marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
- Good eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Self-driven, proactive, and fast-moving
Bonus Points
- Experience in motherhood, baby, or wellness space
- Has grown a personal or brand account before
- Understands UGC-style, raw, high-converting content
- Performance marketing mindset (not just pretty posts)
