Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook Ads (Meta) and Google Ads, focused on driving revenue and customer acquisition.
Design and develop engaging, both static and video formats for paid media campaigns, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
Manage Shopify backend elements that directly affect ad performance including landing pages, product visibility, tagging, and pixel setup.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, sales, and web teams to ensure alignment between ad campaigns and product/brand strategy.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, targeting, and landing pages to identify high-performing combinations.
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking, and heatmaps to gather insights and improve funnel performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
