Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain a strong brand presence across digital and offline channels, ensuring clear, patient-centred communication

• Plan, create, and manage both short-form content (e.g., social media posts, captions, ads) and long-form content (e.g., website articles, newsletters, educational materials)

• Oversee content development for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional campaigns

• Support marketing initiatives such as digital advertising, health awareness programmes, clinic promotions, and new service launches

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with patient experience and operational goals

• Engage with the community and support events to enhance brand visibility and referrals

• Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.

• Excellent communication skills with a talent for creating compelling content.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and a basic understanding of analytics.

• Proactive, innovative, and customer-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
