Description
Basic Salary : $3000 - $3800 (Depends on experience) + VB
Working Location: Mandai
Working Hour : Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 6.00pm
Established Automation & Electronics Industry
Knowledge in managing website and marketing activities
Responsibilities :
Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
Plan and coordinate marketing activities such as roadshows, workshops, training sessions, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the company website and LinkedIn page, and prepare regular promotional emailers for new product launches.
Monitor and review marketing performance, including customer surveys and campaign results.
Work closely with the Sales team to support customer outreach efforts.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of company events.
Assist with office administration matters, including stock-take, phone handling, office maintenance coordination, pantry supplies, and billing support.
Support ISO and BizSafe audit coordination when required.
Requirement :
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing role
Familiar with website updates, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
