Basic Salary : $3000 - $3500 (Depends on experience) + VB
Working Location: Mandai
Working Hour ：Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 6.00pm
Established Automation & Electronics Industry
Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate marketing activities, roadshows, workshops, training and exhibitions
Manage company website, LinkedIn and promotional email campaigns
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for events and promotions
Assist in ISO and BizSafe audit coordination
Handle billing coordination with Finance department
Assist with office administration and coordinate office maintenance with vendors
Requirement :
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Min 1-2 years of experience in marketing strategies ,website management, and marketing activities
Knowledge of the engineering or automation industry is an advantage
Experience with CRM systems - Goldmine and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
