Overview: As a Marketing Executive at IMBA, you will help bring our brand to life through campaigns, content, and on-ground activations that spark curiosity and build community. Working closely with creative and operations teams, you’ll support initiatives across digital, partnerships, events, and pop-ups in a fast-paced, ideas-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign & Brand Activation



  • Support the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns — across digital, experiential, and on-ground channels.

  • Assist in managing timelines, assets, partners, and deliverables across campaign lifecycles.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming, campaign copywriting, and internal pitch decks.

  • Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across IMBA’s social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Help track content performance and generate insights to refine strategy.

  • Coordinate with the content and design team on visuals, captions, and roll-outs.


Events & Pop-Ups



  • Assist with the execution of public activations, media previews, brand partnerships, and merchandise launches.

  • Support pre-, during-, and post-event comms — including press kits, emailers, social coverage, and photo/video documentation.


Partnerships & Outreach



  • Help identify and reach out to potential collaborators, creators, and community partners.

  • Maintain databases and support relationship management with agencies, media contacts, and partners.


Reporting & Admin



  • Support monthly reporting on campaign performance, audience growth, and ROI metrics.

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination where needed.

  • Keep marketing files, folders, and trackers neat, updated, and shareable.


Preferred Attributes:



  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, comms, or brand (internships count!)

  • A strong interest in the arts, culture, lifestyle, or entertainment industries

  • Great copywriting instincts and an eye for good design

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts

  • Familiarity with social media tools, email platforms, and content scheduling

  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or video tools
