Marketing Executive (In house)

Therapin is looking for a Marketing Executive who can combine content creation, brand storytelling, community building, performance marketing and SEO to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Brand & Social Media: Manage Therapin’s social content, especially Instagram Stories, create authentic behind-the-scenes, educational, event and community content.




• On-Camera & Events: Act as a brand spokesperson and on-camera personality, representing Therapin at events, workshops, activations and pop-ups.




• Performance Marketing: Develop and test creative strategies for Meta and TikTok ads, using metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC and conversion rate to improve performance.




• Creative Strategy: Research customer personas, pain points, motivations and objections, then develop hooks, messaging, offers, ad concepts and creative briefs.




• Content Production: Brief and collaborate with UGC creators, videographers, editors, photographers and designers, while also appearing in selected content.




• SEO & Education: Plan and write SEO blogs, buying guides, comparison pages, listicles, educational resources and landing pages.




• Growth Focus: Ensure every piece of content has a clear purpose such as building trust, educating customers, strengthening the brand or generating revenue.
