Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market research and evaluate opportunities across targeted industries to support business growth.
• Maintain and enhance the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and customer base expansion.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, and meetings to identify business needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Support the sales team by generating reports, conducting market and sales analyses, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Assist with sales administration and coordination activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 6 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the ability to influence priorities, drive execution, and support business growth.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to recommend improvements to enhance sales performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset to investigate underlying business drivers and outcomes.
• Purpose-driven individual with a focus on understanding objectives and delivering meaningful results.
• Customer-focused with the ability to anticipate and respond effectively to stakeholder needs.
