Responsibilities:
Generate lead, and market research on current trends
Develop social media content, manage advertisements
Handle online comments, enquiry, feedback and complains
Plan, execute and monitor online marketing campaigns
Analyse data from marketing campaigns
Plan, organise and execute events all year round (Anniversaries, special occasions, pop-up events, etc.)
Assisting in implementing and managing budgets
Requirements:
Proven record in B2C marketing, familiar with current trends, research approaches and analysis methods
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms and other content serving tools (Eg Canva, photo editing)
Creative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills
Degree in a related field
