Description
We are student care centre islandwide,seeking for potential Marketing Executive who have the capabilities to :-
1. Market Spectrum Research
Research customer needs, preferences, and behavior
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Identify target markets and new opportunities
2. Marketing Strategy Implementation
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans
Support product positioning and branding initiatives
Help align marketing activities with business goals
3. Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Coordinate advertising, promotions, and events
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
4. Digital Marketing Support
Manage or assist with social media marketing
Support email marketing, content marketing, and SEO activities
Monitor website traffic and online engagement
5. Content & Communication
Help create marketing materials (brochures, ads, presentations)
Coordinate with designers, writers, and agencies
Ensure consistent brand messaging
6. Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads
Prepare sales tools and promotional materials
Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
7. Customer Relationship Management
Collect customer feedback and insights
Help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain customer databases and reports
8. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as leads, conversions, and ROI
Prepare marketing reports and presentations
Recommend data-driven improvements
9. Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Manage timelines, budgets, and marketing resources
