UP $3200 Basic + AWS + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Implement marketing strategies to promote the company's security services and create marketing materials such as brochures/flyers, websites, user guides, presentation slides etc.
Liaise with sales team to develop targeted campaigns that align with company's sales goals and manage the company's online presence through social media, website content, and email marketing campaigns to targeted customers
Analyze performance of the marketing campaigns (google ads, SEO marketing) and stay up to date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies
Assist in customer and sales support such as replying to emails, attending to servicing enquiries, complaints and providing support to retention / AR team to address situations and various requests from external and internal parties and channel to relevant department for follow up actions
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Customer Service / Marketing / Events etc.
Minimum 2 years in Customer Service / Marketing related experience
