Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish, develop, and manage long-term marketing alliances with individuals and organisations to promote our brands effectively.

  • Plan and coordinate communication efforts, working with advertising, design, and PR agencies, as well as the in-house marketing team.

  • Audit and improve current communication tools and content to enhance brand messaging.

  • Oversee the printing and distribution of marketing materials to partners and alliances, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute online and offline promotional campaigns.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel branding strategies to boost brand awareness and effectively reach target audiences through SEO, SEM, social media, and AI-driven tools.

  • Manage advertising initiatives and contribute to comprehensive marketing planning.

  • Plan and coordinate key marketing events, working closely with vendors, partners, and production teams.

  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation of all marketing activities.

  • Plan and execute monthly email blasts, consolidating and collating content to ensure timely and effective eDM campaigns.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications.

  • Proven experience in marketing for preschools or after-school care services.

  • Experience in digital and social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and AI-driven marketing tools.

  • Knowledge in handling social media channels.

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Strong flair for writing, editing, and proofreading with impeccable grammar

  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A creative and analytical mind set to evaluate and optimise marketing initiatives.
