About Us
SGPomades is Singapore’s leading men’s grooming retailer, offering a curated range of hair styling, shaving, skincare and lifestyle products. We run multiple ecommerce channels including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Website, and retail distribution. We are expanding and looking for a driven and hands-on individual to support our ecommerce growth and marketing activities.
Role Overview
You will support our e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns across online marketplaces and social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning how a fast-growing brand operates and wants to grow into a senior e-commerce manager role in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations
Manage product listings across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify/Website (upload images, update descriptions, set pricing & promotions).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability with the warehouse team.
Assist in daily order monitoring, delivery status checks, and resolving order/inquiry issues.
Track performance metrics and generate weekly sales and campaign reports.
Vending Machines Planning & Scheduling
2. Content & Marketing Support
Assist in planning & executing digital marketing campaigns (TikTok Live, TikTok Ads, KOL outreach).
Coordinate product shoots (photo & video) for social media and product pages.
Prepare product feature highlights, campaign banners, and promotional content.
Research trending content ideas within the grooming & lifestyle niche.
Brand & Customer Experience
Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide product recommendations when needed.
Support brand launches, promotional events, and collaborations.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant fields.
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, brand management, or operations. (Fresh grads are welcome!)
Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, Canva or equivalent tools.
Strong attention to detail, organized, and willing to learn.
Interest in men’s grooming, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range
$2,600 – $3,000 / month (Depending on experience)
