Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage bulk beverage orders and Live Station activations for corporate clients and sponsored events.

  • Coordinate logistics, manpower, and on-site execution to ensure bulk beverage orders and live station smooth operations.

  • Assist in festive collaborations, product sampling, and brand partnership events.

  • Gather client feedback, monitor ROI, and support continuous improvement of processes.

  • Oversee daily operations on e-commerce.

  • Manage product listings, pricing updates, and online promotions.

  • Execute campaigns to drive traffic and sales performance.

  • Monitor ROI, campaign metrics, and customer engagement trends.

  • Liaise with logistics and operations teams for stock coordination and fulfilment.

  • Support the Marketing Department to plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.

  • Prepare marketing reports and performance dashboards for management review.

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Plan and handle ad-hoc marketing projects or brand initiatives as assigned.

  • Perform other ad hoc duty as required.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

  • Independently and driven individual with positive mindset.

  • Ability to work in fast pace environment, resourceful, meticulous and resilient to changes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of employees and external partners.

  • Effective team player with ability to handle various projects simultaneously and lead projects when required.

  • Willing to work on public holidays and weekends for marketing events occasionally..

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/ 3A driving licence – required for travel between events, outlets, or logistic support.

  • Willing to support events during evenings or weekends when necessary.

  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be added advantage.
