Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand, menu items, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and work with appointed agency to create engaging content, including graphics, photos, and videos.
- Oversee and collaborate with designers to create marketing collaterals from concept to completion.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with appointed vendor to maintain loyalty program.
- Develop marketing materials, including posters, menus, and digital ads.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital listings such as food delivery platforms.
- Support public relations efforts, including media outreach and press releases.
- Any other related marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo) and their marketing tools is an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic conversational Chinese to communicate with stakeholders when needed.
