Your Role:

As a marketing executive for our CCTV/Omada products, you will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing the marketing initiatives and promotional efforts. You shall have a passion for security technology and a deep understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales of our CCTV/Omada products


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for CCTV/Omada products across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.)

  • Focus on increasing brand awareness, product adoption and generating leads for CCTV/Omada solutions

  • Develop engaging content to showcase product features, industry insights and promotions related to CCTV/Omada technology

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales targets and product launches

  • Assist in developing compelling sales presentations, promotional materials and product collateral for CCTV/Omada offerings

  • Coordinate and support IT / trade shows, product demonstrations, events, webinars and other promotional events in the CCTV & Business/Enterprise Networking sector

  • Engage with industry professionals and key stakeholders during events to increase brand visibility

  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and agencies to produce marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, videos, and other collateral tailored to the CCTV & Business/Enterprise Networking market

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer insights and preferences and competitor activities in the CCTV & Business/Enterprise Networking industry

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team, targeting system integrators, installers, distributors, and enterprise customers

  • Support channel marketing programs including partner promotions, joint campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives with distributors and resellers

  • Monitor, evaluate and report the marketing campaigns performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results

  • Maintaining and updating product information, promotional content, and marketing collateral

Job Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring marketing activities for CCTV products are executed on time and within budget

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Possess background in the security industry, particularly in CCTV, is highly preferred

  • Understanding of CCTV technology and the security/surveillance market is an advantage
