We are looking for a Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand growth, drive sales across our product lines, and strengthen our presence both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and brand objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, customer trends, and seasonal campaigns.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead performance marketing across paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Oversee social media content strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build community engagement.
- Explore influencer collaborations, partnerships, and viral content opportunities to boost brand visibility.
3. Campaigns & Partnerships
- Plan, manage, and execute product launches, festive promotions, and corporate campaigns.
- Collaborate with external vendors, media, and key partners to expand brand reach.
- Lead PR initiatives and develop creative storytelling to enhance brand image.
4. Customer Engagement & Experience
- Drive loyalty and retention strategies, including CRM and membership programs.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and sentiment to improve brand trust and experience.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for food, lifestyle, and creating memorable customer experiences.
