Job Summary

This role supports marketing activities across the group, focusing on content creation, digital marketing, event support, and brand communication to drive customer engagement and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across various marketing platforms to increase audience reach and engagement


• Manage and update the marketing event calendar to ensure timely communication and coordination


• Support customer retention strategies by assisting in targeted marketing initiatives


• Plan and support marketing events to enhance brand presence and customer interaction


• Manage website content and social media platforms to maintain up-to-date and relevant digital presence


• Implement SEM and SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings


• Analyze web statistics and generate reports to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance


• Execute ad-hoc e-commerce and digital marketing projects to support business objectives


• Enhance brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across all departments through coordinated marketing communications


• Curate and maintain a visual library to support marketing and communication needs


• Design and produce marketing collaterals for digital and offline campaigns


• Source and coordinate with event partners for exhibitions and trade shows to maximize brand exposure

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication


• 2 years of experience in web content creation and social media platform management


• Experience in marketing of a similar trade industry for industrial engineering products that focus on B2B


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels


• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines


• Proactive in updating and following up on task progress


• Willingness to travel overseas for business opportunities
