Marketing Executive (Membership & Design) - 1 Year Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead our membership marketing initiatives while supporting the design and development of marketing collateral. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing skills, hands-on campaign execution, and strong design/artwork abilities to attract, engage, and retain members effectively. A critical responsibility will be ensuring accurate tracking of membership points and redemption activities to uphold program integrity and member satisfaction.
Key Areas:
Membership Marketing (Main Portfolio):
- Plan and implement membership campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.
- Manage membership communications across email, digital platforms, and social media.
- Monitor and track membership data, including points accumulation and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure membership benefits and experiences are clearly communicated.
- Provide regular reports on membership growth, churn, engagement, and redemption activities.
Other Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage and support marketing activities with external public relationship agencies , including social media campaigns, photoshoots, and media launches.
- Oversee website and mobile app content updates to ensure accurate and engaging information.
- Coordinate updates on food delivery platforms (menu changes, promotions, campaigns, branding consistency).
- Track and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements where necessary.
Design & Creative Support
- Create visually appealing artwork, graphics, and digital assets for social media, EDMs, newsletters, brochures, and event collaterals.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Work with external vendors/agencies when required to produce high-quality creative assets.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with F&B, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Preferred Skills
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs/CRM systems, and points redemption tracking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
