About the role
MYCAR PTE LTD is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Kampong Ubi. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our direct marketing and CRM initiatives to engage and retain our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and drive repeat business
Manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system to gain insights and optimise campaign performance
Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, social media and direct mail
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing activities with our overall business strategy
Monitor campaign metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing approach
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in a marketing or CRM role, preferably within the retail or automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Proficient in using CRM software, email marketing platforms and social media management tools
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
Analytical mindset to interpret data and measure the impact of marketing activities
Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty
