Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Executive to lead all internal and external communication efforts. This role includes full-spectrum responsibility for content creation, branding, digital marketing, event planning, project support, and in-house design work—from visual identity to web presence.

You will play a key role in cross-departmental projects and initiatives, supporting planning, communication strategies, marketing rollout, and design execution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messages and branding.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and manage content across newsletters, corporate websites, social media, and digital channels.

  • Design and implement a content calendar for strategic corporate outreach and marketing activities.

  • Independently design, build, and maintain the corporate website including layout, structure, and content updates.

  • Conceptualise and design all marketing collaterals and brand assets—including logos, visuals, presentation templates, and printed materials.

  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking.

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities, ensuring branding, messaging, and communications are consistent.

  • Support and contribute to company-wide projects, including internal campaigns, launches, and department-led initiatives.

  • Craft clear, compelling written materials including speeches, internal announcements, and corporate presentations.

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and written communications.


Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.

  • Strong copywriting and content development skills for both digital and print platforms.

  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).

  • Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar).

  • Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies and using relevant tools (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

  • Able to work collaboratively on cross-functional projects and see initiatives through from concept to launch.
