Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategic content marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
· Manage and respond to customer enquiries and leads from social media and marketing platforms
· Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring timely execution across all channels
· Create engaging content for social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns
· Write compelling copy for marketing materials including social media posts, advertisements, and promotional content
· Manage brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and WeChat
· Create content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community growth
· Support CRM and loyalty programme campaigns
· Coordinate content creation including photo/video shoots, website updates, and campaign launches
· Prepare EDMs, newsletters, and promotional materials
· Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to drive marketing campaigns and revenue
· Develop marketing strategies to increase sales performance
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail or e-commerce)
· Strong communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
· Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
· Good organisational skills with attention to detail
· Experience in social media management and content creation
