Job Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 小红书 (XHS)
Plan and create engaging content (videos, visuals, EDMs) to drive brand awareness and sales
Plan and Execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversions
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Manage daily e-commerce operations such as product listings, order processing, and packing
Support marketing events and create real-time content while engaging with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in social media management and content creation
Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / similar tools preferred)
Able to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
