Marketing Executive
Job Description & Requirements
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable, and able to manage multiple marketing functions, including content creation, social media management, AI-driven marketing, offline and online marketing activities, and design. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who can also handle customer service feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media, Content Creation & Marketing
Plan, create, and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Leverage social media platforms to generate leads and convert engagement into sales opportunities
Support both online and offline marketing activities, including digital campaigns, in-store promotions, events, and printed materials.
Design posters, banners, and promotional materials using MidJourney and other AI-driven tools.
Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos using CapCut and similar software.
2. AI & Digital Marketing
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and DeepSeek to optimize marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Leverage AI-driven analytics to refine marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
Explore emerging AI technologies to enhance content creation and audience targeting.
3. Campaigns, Branding & Customer Service Feedback
Develop and support marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
Work closely with design teams and agencies to ensure consistent branding.
Collect, monitor, analyze, and respond to customer service feedback from social media, e-commerce platforms, food delivery apps, surveys, and in-store channels.
Able resolve feedback, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand perception.
Prepare reports and insights based on customer feedback to support marketing and operational improvements.
Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint (PPT) and mind-mapping tools for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Explore and propose new sales and distribution channels such as Shopee, Lazada, food delivery platforms, and corporate gifting opportunities, working closely with the operations team for implementation.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to drive business growth.
5. Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with external agencies for digital marketing, public relations, and creative services.
Support relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing and customer service, or a related role.
Familiarity with offline and online marketing activities.
Experience handling customer service feedback across digital and in-person channels.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and food delivery applications is an advantage.
Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and DeepSeek, with experience using MidJourney (design) and CapCut (video editing).
Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities.
