What You Will Do
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager and cross‑functional partners to support market growth through distributor engagement, commercial coordination, and marketing execution.
Key areas include:
Commercial & Distributor Support
Maintain close working relationships with overseas distributor(s) to ensure alignment on sales targets, campaign execution and brand standards.
Monitor and coordinate sales orders, shipment arrangements, and ongoing promotions.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and product launches.
Help prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials for internal and external use.
Market & Performance Insights
Analyse sales results, market developments, and competitor activities to surface actionable insights.
Contribute to ensuring consistent brand representation across distributor‑managed platforms.
What We’re Looking For

Requirements
Degree or diploma in marketing, business management, or relevant fields
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong financial analysis abilities and confidence in basic data interpretation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis)
Conversant in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders
