About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute end-to-end (360°) marketing initiatives for our preschool brands. This role involves a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Create and develop marketing strategies and plans to support sales targets and business performance
Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities across online and offline channels
Agency liaising to optimise campaigns to improve lead conversion
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
2. Digital Marketing & Platforms
Manage and maintain the brand’s websites and social media platforms
Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools
Research, identify, and evaluate emerging marketing platforms and opportunities
3. Content Creation & Collaterals
Generate engaging content for marketing campaigns and collaterals (e.g., brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media posts)
Support storytelling through visuals, videos, and parent-focused messaging
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) to produce marketing materials
4. Lead Management & Reporting
Support the updating and maintenance of the leads database and CRM systems
Track, analyse, and report on leads and campaign performance
Generate monthly reports and provide insights to improve sales and marketing effectiveness
5. Events & On-Ground Marketing
Assist in the planning and execution of Open Houses, roadshows, and any Marketing events
Coordinate event logistics, promotions, and on-site support
Work with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Keep up-to-date with current marketing trends and strategies within the education industry
Monitor and assess competitors’ activities, positioning, and campaigns
Research and analyse market data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies
7. Coordination & Administrative Support
Coordinate internal marketing efforts across departments and external vendors
Provide administrative support for marketing activities and campaigns
Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant marketing experience (experience in education or family-focused industries is a plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and paid advertising
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems and lead management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Experience in event coordination or activation campaigns
Familiarity with the Singapore preschool or education landscape
