Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

·        Design and develop all marketing collaterals and digital assets for the organisation, including marketing advertisements across digital platforms.

·        Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across both paid and organic touchpoints.

·        Research, evaluate, and recommend new digital marketing capabilities such as personalisation tools, audience targeting solutions, emerging media channels, and digital analytics technologies.

·        Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.

·        Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing initiatives.

·        Continuously analyse and review performance metrics from digital platforms to identify areas for improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

·        Proficient Microsoft Office Suit and skilled in design and video-editing, with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.

·        Strong interest and passion for building brands through digital platforms and strategic partnerships.

·        Demonstrates a hands-on approach, strong drive, accountability, and a growth mindset.

·        Ability to upskill and stay current with the evolving digital marketing landscape to deliver creative and fit-for-purpose solutions.

·        Proven experience across paid advertising tactics, especially social media, search, and content marketing.

·        Strong track record in developing and enhancing social media presence for brands.

·        Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to engage consumers and repurpose content for social media, SEM, and other advertising channels.

·        Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; comfortable with multitasking.

·        University degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the general insurance industry.

·        Strong knowledge of e-marketing tools, systems, and current online marketing concepts and best practices.

·        Certifications in BCP and PGI will be an added advantage.

·        Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
