Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with agencies to develop marketing campaign collaterals.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to adopt new digital marketing technologies for existing marketing processes.

  • Conduct research on brand awareness, associations, and public perceptions.

  • Execute branding implementation plans to enhance brand reputation.

  • Execute e-commerce implementation plans and analyse e-commerce platform performance to propose enhancements.

  • Execute marketing channel enhancements and analyse performance to support enhancement approaches.

  • Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

  • Execute various channel initiatives and provide data-driven feedback on performance of initiatives.

  • Maintain organisation's social media platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.

  • Manage working level relationships with vendors and creative agencies.

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout marketing implementation.

  • Monitor development of collaterals across digital marketing platforms to ensure brand consistencies.

  • Organise and executes promotional events.

  • Prepares reports on campaign performance for the analysis of senior managers and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing or brand management.

  • Proven track record of working with digital marketing technologies and e-commerce platforms.

  • Experience in content marketing and social media management for brand promotion.

  • Experience in vendor and agency management is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and implement marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance, derive insights, and propose improvements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing goals.

  • A passion for the wellness industry and a keen interest in promoting a premium lifestyle brand.
