About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in elevating our brand’s presence through social media content, influencer collaborations, and event marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful campaigns and contribute to brand growth in the Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with content pillars and brand objectives.
Create engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc
Monitor social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with platform trends, user behaviour, and best practices.
2. Influencer Marketing & Content Creation
Identify relevant KOLs/influencers to co-create authentic content.
Coordinate influencer campaigns to align with product launches, seasonal pushes or brand storytelling.
Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
3. Events & Activations (Preferred Experience)
Support the planning and execution of on-ground events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Assist in pre-event promotions and post-event coverage across digital channels.
4. Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitive research and analyse market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
Support campaign planning with data-driven recommendations.
5. Others
Support any other adhoc duties as required.
Requirements
Singaporean and Permanent Resident only.
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or events.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics or similar.
Strong communication skills and creative mindset.
A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and emerging content trends.
Able to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience working with lifestyle, consumer brands or startups in Singapore.
Previous involvement in influencer campaigns or experiential marketing projects
